Important forms:

Project Initiation Form: form to outline an overview of the project, which FAMILY team members are involved, and which data are needed (if applicable).

Family DB Annex F (personnel): defines who should have which access rights to a given DRE workspace.

DRE Setup form: Defines how a DRE workspace and VM need to be configured for a particular project.
